Perfect Practice creators, Betty Murray and Jenny Bair started as innovators in the healthcare industry, opening Living Well Dallas, a fully cash-based Integrative Functional Medicine Center in 2006 in Dallas, Texas, with the express purpose of creating what we felt was the future vision of health care. We created a center with physicians, nutritionists, health coaches, counselors, life coaches, massages and body work under one roof work as a collaborative team in partnership with the patient. Over the years, physicians and other practitioners sought us out to learn the secret to our success.

Now, 12 years later through one-on-one coaching, we have helped many physicians and other practitioners not only build a profitable cash-based business but also assisted busy insurance-based practices create a methodical plan to move from insurance to cash without a wholesale change of operations.
